All team members, interviewers, and partners are required to read this policy before taking on their positions. The matters addressed in this code are important, so any violation of rules within the areas covered below is considered serious enough to require disciplinary punishments.

A team member that has a question or is violating any part of this policy or has witnessed another employee doing so, should contact his/her supervisor or administration of the Site immediately. Writers who cover news should not play the market, meaning they can not conduct any kind of estimations with personal interest or information. This could create exploitation of information that is not publicly declared. Team members who contribute to #Digital World covering similar subjects are also subjected to this rule.

Only top managers in the sales and marketing departments are allowed to make deals with third parties on behalf of #Digital World. It is not allowed for anyone other than employees in the sales and marketing department to make deals using the company name in return for promotions/links, etc. #Digital World team members, aside from freelancers, can not be associated with media channels other than our own for as long as they are associated with our project.

Good judgment, privacy, and professionalism are the main ideals to stick with when posting on the website and on other social media channels. #Digital World is a multinational project that addresses a large number of followers. Every post should be thought of to the last detail as every post goes out to global audiences.

Perception is an essential part of this process, and we expect everyone who is part of the #Digital World to act accordingly with common sense at all times. Posts should be non-partial and neutral at all times. They are expected to keep their content and posts in compliance with the project policy and be respectful, unbiased, and authentic. Avoiding inappropriate, violent, and biased content is a must for all outlets connected to #Digital World.

Getting permission before publishing an image or a video is necessary as a result of the copyright and trademark laws. The team is expected to comply with the legal terms of the websites and other entities #Digital World works or partners with.
