The XV Regional Conference of Russian Compatriots of Asian Countries "Russia and Asian Countries in the new geopolitical situation: the role of compatriots in international cooperation" was held on September 10-11, 2022 at the Amara Bangkok Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. The conference heard a report by Evgeniy Zhukovets , an entrepreneur and member of the Union of Russian Compatriots in Thailand, who leads a number of innovative research projects and developments in Southeast Asian countries, on the possibilities of using Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) developed by Central Banks of Russia and Thailand in cross-border settlements in trade and investment cooperation in connection with plans to create a Russian Foreign Chamber of Commerce, and decided, based on the results of the report, to issue and send to the relevant state bodies and public organizations of the Russian Federation the following technological innovation proposal: Special Innovative Offer for Cross-border

The 30th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between 🇧🇾 the Republic of Belarus and 🇹🇭 the Kingdom of Thailand is marked in 2022 (established on July 21, 1992). 📈 The constantly growing trade turnover of the Republic of Belarus with the Kingdom of Thailand in 2021 amounted to $134.9 million: ⤑ $94.8 million - exports, ⤑ $40.1 million - imports. ➡️ The basis of Belarusian exports to Thailand are: ‧ potash fertilizers; ‧ printed books and brochures; ‧ milk whey; ‧ fur and fur raw materials. ⬅️ Leading import positions from Thailand: ‧ tires; ‧ computing machines; ‧ nuts and fruits; ‧ hygienic or pharmaceutical products made of rubber; ‧ electronic integrated circuits; ‧ vulcanized rubber threads and cord. ☁️ Source: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus
