Clubhouse is currently available for iPhone users and is available for download in the App Store as Clubhouse: Drop-in audio chat. It is not compatible with the Android operating system at all. You will need people who are already using the Clubhouse app to receive an invitation (they will be able to send it to your phone number). 

You can also apply on the official website ClubhouseGuide.com and get on the waitlist. One of your friends will confirm this to you (a notification will appear in the app for them).
